Traditional Fish Chips - Kettering

Absolutely disgusting food. Wanted a kebab got a wrap that was wet in a bag and the kebab meat tasted awful and the salad was well past it’s sell by date. Kebab wasn’t even constructed. Won’t eat there ever again and wouldn’t recommend anyone did

The worst chips I have ever tasted! I've eaten from here a few times over the years and it was great but the last time I got food for the family it was disgusting! I have never tasted something as awful as this soggy, greasy, undercooked heap of mess. I was so annoyed i actually wanted to take them back and get my money but in the end I couldn't see the point. It seems the new owners haven't got a clue on how to cook anything nevermind chips. Maybe turning on the frier would help! I've never written such a bad review of a place before but this deserves it!

Gone downhill lately, not really a village shop any more seems like any old place you'd find in town. Won't be going again. Update 28/02/22 There is a reason this place is DEAD now. Read the reviews in date order....

Always a fantastic service with polite couple, always genuine and interested in conversation. Great foods at good prices, portion sizes are often on the larger side and great taste, if yre passing through Broughton, mke sure to stop by and treat yrslf rating for a reason
