Arby's - Kewanee

My parents and I had lunch. I had the Buffalo chicken. 5 stars. It was freshly made and the bun was amazing. We agree the fries are the best in town. The restaurant was very very clean. The employees were very friendly and extra polite. We enjoyed our dining experience as we came inside as opposed to the drive thru. Glad we did. Arby's in Kewanee could be the best fast food restaurant in town.Parking: Very great location on the East side of the building. Very easy to get in and out.

The only reason for the one star is no heat!!! This is a fairly new restaurant and we froze to death eating dinner in the restaurant. On the way out we mentioned to the employee that is was cold maybe they could turn the heat up and the lady said the heat is broken and corporate refuses to fix it.

Just got the worst food I've ever ordered. The order was wrong the fries were ice cold and the cheese that's suppose to be on the sandwich was placed on top. Total waste of 30 bucks.

It was freezing in the dining room, the food was cold and the tables were dirty. One other couple were eating in, and they were cold as well.

The food is great, which is why I allowed A.J. To disrespect me. I pulled straight to the window instead of ordering at the microphone. I'm in desperate pain and A.J. Refused to take my order, unless I went through the drive through and ordered properly. I was the only car there. It's not like there was a line. A.J. Had the most disgusting facial hair I have ever seen! He needs to shave or use a hair net. I will never go there again, when I'm in too much pain to cook. I really enjoy your food, but from now on it's Burger King
