Blackwater Siren - Key Largo

Really wanted to like this place based on rating and pictures but it was pretty meh. View was cool but service was practically absent at the bar and food, while it looked great, took a long time to come out and was not at the proper temperature when it did (garden salad served warm, onion rings served at room temp); never offered another round on drinks, either. ???? Travel farther into town for something else.

The smoked fish dip was perfect. Also good service and fun place! Do NOT get the pasta salad.

We started coming here in 2020 and they have never failed us. Sandwiches it doesn't matter which one you get, they are amazing. Seriously that's a bold statement but very true. Everytime I go we talk to other customers and just like us they are not from the area but from Palm/Broward and North Dade counties. Drinks are good not watered down what a relief that is. ? Friendly staff. Best of all they have been consistent everytime we have made the trip there.

My husband and I were heading to Miami airport. We wanted one last meal on the water for fresh seafood. WOW THIS PLACS REALLY HIT THE SPOT!? The food was excellent. The Mahi was so fresh. It?s was fantastic.!! The service was exceptional. The atmosphere was so friendly we loved that we stumbled upon this place. Next time down, we?ll definitely make a plan to stop for diner.

We had a fantastic time. Our waitress was very friendly and patient with our big crew. Since it wasn't crowded when we arrived, she offered for us to sit wherever we wanted. We had an awesome table with a great view of the water, where we saw dolphins and manatees. The drinks were fantastic! And everyone was happy with the fish they ordered. I absolutely recommend this place and would go back.
