Bollyfood - KG Leopoldstadt

Prater'de bir avlu içinde küçük bir Hint lokantası. Belli saatlerde açık. Cumartesileri kapalı. İçerisinde küçük ikişer kişilik iki masa var. Eve alıp götürürseniz fiyatlar daha uygun. Demoda böreği istediğimizde bir porsiyonun az olduğunu yetmeyebileceğini söylediler oysa menü resimlerinde miktar yeterli gözüküyordu. Sebzeli diye satılan böreklerin içinde sadece, doğru dürüst edilmemiş patates vardı. Bence gitmenize değecek bir yer değil. Viyanada çok daha iyi seçenekler bulabilirsiniz.

We decided to try out Bollyfood after a less than satisfactory Indian dinner near us a few days ago. The reviews on Bollyfood were good on Trip Advisor, so we had very high expectations! The restaurant is located literally 20 foot steps from one of the Nestroyplatz station exits (not sure which one). It's a small place with 3 small tables for in-house dining. The owner cum manager cum chef greeted us warmly and after a 20 mins wait, food was served. Voila... chicken briyani, palak paneer, chicken in butter tomato sauce (very mild for my young son), raita and papadoms. The food was served hot, straight from the fire and we finished the meal quickly (so much so that i forgot to take photos of the dishes!). Although my son is still a novice when it comes to Indian food, he was able to enjoy the indian dish heartily! Just a note...the restaurant is very small and cannot cater for large crowds a time. However, it will deliver within a prescribed radius from the restaurant.I would recommend this restaurant if you are in the area.

I must say that, the dishes are more than excellent and level of spices are just exact what we needed. The food quality is excellent, fresh and reasonable too. Those reason have compelled to us enjoy their dishes for our entire Vienna stay of 4 days. I recommend this, if u really seek for indian taste

Authentic Indian food... Had good Indian food after a long time in Europe...felt like home cooked tasty food. Worth every penny spent.

Ez a kedvenc helyünk Bécsben. Isteni ételeket adnak. Mi elvitelre szoktunk kérni. Szeretem a csípős ételeket, hát itt tudnak készíteni, ha kérjük:) Olcsó áron nagyon finom étel:)This restaurant is very cheap, but the food is very delecious:)
