I always order from the sushi master, but sometimes the delivery is long. Usually they brought everything tasty, in general there were no complaints about the service. Now I made an order at about 21:35, the order was accepted, everything came as usual. After 1.5 hours, the order still hung in the preparing status, they called tech support and said they would contact me, after another 30 minutes I called again and received no result, but after 2 hours of waiting, the order was simply canceled. FROM THE SITUATION AND PROOOOSTO IN SHOCK! I am a regular customer and here it is, they could at least warn.
