Kutsun - Khlong Kra Saeng

We came to Phetchaburi on a holiday and our farang violin instructor wanted to try out a local coffee shop. We screened from google map and found this place! It is a great place for real coffee and relaxing but it is a bit hidden behind Khao Wang, but worth searching for. The place is cozy with chairs and benches and more spacious than other coffee shops around. The service is excellent and the reception understands how you would like your drink to be brewed. Most of the coffee shops in Phetchaburi go for the local taste, meaning that they modify all the coffee by putting sugar and condensed milk even into a cappuccino! But here in Cucina, they serve real roast coffee. Other than drinking or having some cakes, there is also popcorn with various flavors like cheese, paprika, bbq, corn, etc.,. at 20-30 Bahts.On 1 side of the shop is lined up with shelves of books where you can pick up to read. I guess the owner was there when we went and she was very nice.

Clean restaurant, free wifi and a lot of reading book but there’re not many kinds of food available here and the price is quite expensive comparing with others. It’s suitable for drinking coffee and taking deserts in the sunny day
