Spice Hut - Kidwelly

I recently relocated to the area and I'm thrilled to have found this wonderful restaurant. Everything has been excellent so far! The food is truly delicious, and ordering via JustEat is so easy. I highly recommend it!

We ordered from here for the first time tonight, and the service was outstanding. We placed our order via Just Eat, and it was ready for pickup even sooner than we anticipated. The food was amazing—everything was just right. We will definitely be back!

I was quite frustrated to discover that the restaurant was closed yet still permitted orders to be placed without offering refunds. This kind of situation can be very stressful, especially for someone like me who is managing mental health challenges. If your establishment is closed, please refrain from accepting orders. Additionally, if a mistake occurs, it's crucial to ensure that customers receive their refunds in a timely manner to prevent unnecessary stress. Ultimately, the responsibility lies with you.

I didn't receive half of my order, and when I called to ask about it, they hung up on me.
