Burger King - Kilgore

Recently the workers at this place has gone down hill. I normally consider this the best Burger King around for their great customer service and timely service getting the food out. But today I sat in line 20 mins after making my order with no cars moving. The worker that took my order was yelling in the speaker at another working about getting back in the kitchen then continued to ask me what I wanted stopped in the middle of taking my order to yell again at the person in the kitchen then didn’t even repeat my order to know if it was taken correctly. After that I sat in line for 20 mins without it moving and finally after waiting that long not even knowing they took my order correctly I decided to leave. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had at this Burger King and I will be thinking twice before coming back.

Great place! Always so nice to our kids and food orders are correct. Whopper is king.Kid-friendliness: They smile at kids.

Sit at the first window until your food is ready, so we can keep the drive thru time down.

I don’t normally write 1 star reviews, but this was just pitiful. I hate exposing people this way, but I definitely don’t recommend stopping by this place. The food is okay, but the service is sad and the workers let our food sit on the counter for ten minutes before we finally got it. And when we got it the onion rings were cold and old. The workers in the kitchen got on their phones with their gloves on! The same gloves they have on when they’re messing with your food! The restrooms are gross and the atmosphere is disgusting.

This is the nastiest restaurant I have ever seen. The manager there is rude and does not know how to speak to her workers. She wants u to work like a dog for pennies on a dollar she is very non caring and could care a less that someone I'd struggling and just trying to make it as long as she can ride around In her blinged out new truck that's all she cares about. I would not eat in that store, nor would I work for them.
