Jack Ryan's Steak And Chophouse

Tuesday, August 6. Ordered a chop steak well done for lunch. The center was raw red meat. Told our waitress and all she said is “I am sorry”. I showed her my plate and said “that isn’t done is it”? She said “no” then walked away. When she returned for my payment I ask her to please tell the chef. She said “ I did” and walk away again. Have always had an awesome dining experience at Jack Ryan’s but guess the chief was having a bad day. No one showed concern for the bad meal. Serving raw hamburger meat can be dangerous. Very disappointed!

I had reservations at 1230 and at 1231 after being there 15 min early I was told they couldn’t tell me how long it would be because the kitchen was backed up. And the chef was not happy. We only get an hour for lunch so we left to find somewhere else. Wouldn’t you think since they are only open for lunch now, they would have a plan for a full house? I have loved this place and their food for forever at dinner. So disappointed.

Went here on a whim, and so glad I did. It is in an interesting location, but don't let that scare you off. The Elk dinner was unbelievable. Better than any steak I have ever had. Bartender was incredibly friendly and helpful with her recommendations. I'll dream about this meal.

Brussel sprouts were SO good. I mean, everything was incredibly delicious and the service was impeccable

Wonderful Dining experience again. Reservations are recommended service and entrees were very good. Unique pairing on my perfectly cooked Tuna and my wife's Short Rib was very nicely done.
