Schlotzsky's - Kilgore

Megan saved my day. I had pre-ordered using DooDash on Tuesday Feb 15 for a presentation that I was conducting and 30 minutes before DoorDash was supposed to deliver the order on this Friday Feb 18, they cancelled my order. I called the store directly and Megan took my order and delivered it for me, thus saving my presentation to potential clients. They really wanted their lunch so this helped save me from embarrassment. Renee from the Tyler store was also very helpful. I called her first and she directed me to the Kilgore location. Renee also had called Megan to see if she could help me so Megan already knew of my situation when I called.

Great sandwiches and soup. Had to close dinning room due to lack of personal.

Very very delicious food. Bit expensive but worth it. Took about 8 mins for my order. Employees were friendly and quick to serve customers. Place was clean, new, smelled good.

Sure has gotten expensive! Sandwiches, chips and drinks for 2 was over $30. We could have gone to a full service restaurant instead of a drive through for that price!Food: 5/5
