Burger King - Killeen

Fast service. Although this time my order is wrong. I tortured it to misunderstandings. I had questions about different things, so there was the possibility of confusion. When I came home, I called her and they agreed to replace my food at the next visit.

Fries were made in grease so old that it looked like there was black pepper all over them, no salt. Whopper jr was very sloppy, meat tasted old. Very disgusting ?

This Burger King doesn't deserve a single star! They are slow, rude and mess my order up every time. Nobody in there knows what they are doing. Telling them the order is wrong they are ready to fight you and get loud fast. Don't go there !

This place never answers the drive thru … I love whoppers but I’ll pass right by this joint . They shud just shut it down . Slowest service ever . I pull yo because the place is empty … I wonder why ??‍. I just went next door to Taco Bell … they responded before I even stopped my car .

Customer service is horrible!!! Waiting 15min in drivethru after they told me to wait a second to order, only 1 person at the second window and not busy.. after about 20 minutes of waiting and no one answering me at the drive thru, I pulled up to the second window because there was no one in drive thru by that time.. waited for someone to come out and take my order or apologize for the 20 minute wait or SOMETHING.. but nothing!! They saw me at the window, and never even came up to see if I needed something or anything, just ignored me for 5 more minutes before I ended up driving away and going somewhere else. I was extremely upset and frustrated that they did even come to the window, I work in customer service as well and you DONT just ignore CUSTOMERS when you see them waiting for 20 PLUS MINUTES!! Completely unacceptable and I will be waiting for some kind of compensation for my time and rudeness I experienced at this location.
