Rosa's Café Tortilla Factory - Killeen

It?s like they went to Taco Cabana, brought that food over??served it on real plates? and charged 25% more. Queso was garbage. Fajitas were dry and portion was small. I wonder if the the staff goes home and prays to their ancestors, asking to be forgivenfor serving this mess.

The pork tamales are unfit for human consumption. The meat filling tastes very unfresh. Yuck. I already feel sick. Hope i don't have to vomit, but maybe I'll feel better if i do. I decided they were bad and decided to taste the filling and breadingseparately, without salsa, and that's how i found out the meat filling is bad. But I already ate too much.

So I grew up on Rosa's and have no problem with their food...however today when I got my order and went to eat it...the queso tasted and looked like it was Tostitos queso in a jar. Never in my life have I had that happen...now part of me believe this is the norm and feel like I have been bamboozled my entire life.

Great tortillas! The food itself is ok, in the past it used to be much better. The tamales aren't good anymore hardly any flavor. The staff is a little friendlier it varies. This cafe is getting pretty pricey.

Always plenty of seating, food is good and inexpensive! The wait to get food is short and the wait to order is very quick as well
