Ordered a few subs and a child Queen over the app to pick up at 12:30. At 12:25. At 12:40, the app did not say ready yet, and no one had called the order number, so I asked. I was told to pay and they'd call when it was done. At 12:45 they called the order number. Both the Quesadilla and the cheese steak were ice-cold, which means that the order has been ready for some time. You never disturbed me. The order was right, but as annoying to know your HOT order was on time ready and they could simply not be harassed to warn you until it was cold.
