Domino's Pizza - King of Prussia

I never ever leave reviews on anything but I feel like I have to. I have ordered from this Domino?s many times and every single time my pizza takes a minimum of an hour to two hours to be received for delivery. I live within four minutes of the location. The online tracker is wrong and when I get a text message that the driver is on the way it could be another 30 to 45 minutes. When you call the store, I can tell that they are frustrated and understaffed which I understand. But the online information shouldn?t say I will get a pizza within 21 to 31 minutes if it?s going to be more than triple that amount of time. I?ve picked up from the location and that is quicker but I will never order delivery from them again.

Below is a photo of the cheese steak that was given to us. It has a few little chunks of steak. I posted on Twitter, tagging dominos bc (in my experience local branches tend to be less and helpful (besides, read the reviews here, lol. Dominos replied that they noticed the local team to call me. This was 10 days ago. Never got a called. Messaged them back and was told that the local mgmt team informed them they had called me, apologized and gave me a free pizza. ???????? I never heard a word from them, neither did my wife. Really sad.

Pathetic service, we ordered a Extra large pizza and instead got a medium. The person at the counter named “clyton” refused to provide the original ordered Extra Large size and did not even give a refund for the price difference . On top he was rude and asked to either take or leave the incorrect order.

The quality of food keeps deteriorating. The ‘pizza’ has become a bread with cheese regardless of how much you pay. Never again to this place.

Never again with these people.I’m not sure what’s wrong with this location but I’ve gotten better service in Norristown.Last time they said they would add a free pizza to my account because of an order that never arrived but they never did.Tonight I ordered and they called me w couple minutes after ordering and said they wanted to close early tonight on Saturday so they won’t be delivering it. Not even allowing me to pick it up. Then hung up on me.
