Kingman Chophouse

Came in around 4 on father's day yesterday. 1st timer. Food was phenomenal!!!!!! Service was lacking. Had a guy for a server, don't know his name. He only checked on us once. More outstanding was that he brought our appetizer with my boyfriends drink sitting empty and didn't fill it. Then a girl came and grabbed our empty app plates and didn't fill it. Finally I tracked her down and asked for a refill. We paid $290 total for 3 of us. A refill on lemonade shouldn't have been this difficult to get!

I always dine here once a year when staying in Kingman for a night on my travels. The service I received this evening was outstanding: friendly and attentive. Everything I ordered from drinks to the salad, warm fresh bread and ribeye steak dinner was phenomenal. I always enjoy dining here!

I was so frustrated with the low quality and experience, I don't think it's fair to say anything yet. I might update in the future. Update, I thought i might give this place a second chance, but I've decided not to. First try was very tough low quality steaks, sent back to be cooked right and still undercooked. Sides and salads are mediocre. The price does not match the quality here. I want to support local, but i can't justify it.

Great food! Pricey, but good things Cost money. Creme brulle was on point! Great staff, wonderful atmosphere. Best place to enjoy great food and a non rushed dining experience in Kingman.

The food is consistently great. I ordered a cheeseburger, and it was delicious. Although the sweet potato fries weren't hot, they still had a wonderful flavor.
