Sonic Drive-in - Kingman

Tons of employees, we were made to go through the drive through. The employees were sitting outside enjoying themselves, that's all that I could guess. Once I received the order, no salt, no ketchup and only one napkin. I'm beginning to think that nationwide regardless of how much is ordered and how messy it is, no more than one napkin per vehicle.

As soon as I walked up to the patio screen, the man inside stepped out to let me know that the machines were out of order, so it was CASH ONLY. He was very professional and did it in a way that made it OK and not irritating. He was pleasant when hebrought me my food, and I credit him with making it a good experience.

I ordered a cheeseburger and a green chili cheeseburger at 8:30 a.m., and I have to say, the staff was incredibly friendly and prepared delicious cheeseburgers! Excellent work! Keep it up!

While my car was being serviced at the shop next door, I decided to grab breakfast. The service was excellent, the food was tasty, and the waitress was very pleasant to talk to. I highly recommend it!

The food is tasty, but there are several issues that need to be addressed. Every time I go through the drive-thru, it takes 10 to 15 minutes, even when I'm the only one in line. Additionally, I always order the same Sonic breakfast burrito, yet it’s made differently each time. Sometimes I get tomatoes and jalapeños, other times just tomatoes, and today there were no vegetables at all. I really wish they would get it sorted out since this is the only Sonic in the area.
