Little Caesars Pizza - Kings Mountain

Waited almost 45 minutes after 9:00 and without notice that my order was ready, sent my husband to check. An employee stood outside and spoke on her phone, the other one pretended he had no idea what his job was when he had shaken through a number of different orders to finally get our together. Who knows how long it was? Go home, a pizza is wrong and the other one is so coarse and undercooked and had too much sauce I really just want to throw it into the garbage. If this industry can hire someone who actually shows to do their job properly, then maybe they should just turn it off because this is probably the worst experience I've ever had.

This location is awful Manager on the phone the whole 45 minutes I'm waiting for 2 hot and readys. Phone to her ear, making pizza with one hand, no gloves, no customer service e at all. Place was dirty, staff dirty looking, noone dressed as if they are coming to work. This place is awful.

This place always BLOWS my mind at how awful their service is at this location. I?ve never known it to take 30+ minutes for 2 Hot Ready pizzas, but this makes the 3rd time at this location it has. I sent my 14 year old son in to get the pizzas and after 20 minutes of waiting I go in. Once I asked about my food then they tell me ?10 minutes til its ready and only then decide to put it in the oven. I know this to be fact because he had to ask to see the receipt so he could tell the pizza maker what we ordered. Child or not they should be treated with the same respect as all other paying customers! I witnessed 3 other customers come in, order, and leave (not mobile or online orders) while my son still waited. 3rd time was the charm we will not bother again.

Got there 30 minutes before closing and all they had was cheese pizza. The stiff cheese bread was flat like they didn?t use the right measures in making the dough. If I get there 30 minutes before closing I want my pizza the way I want it. This store needs a new team that takes pride into their job.

To make it short, people making pizzas had no gloves on and talked over the pizzas that they were making. I ordered supreme pizzas on 2 different ocassions and specifically requested that my pizzas be sliced traditional wedges but got party squares instead. Both times I was told that that was the way Little Caesars had that pizza set up. The second time I asked for the manager who checked the order which confirmed the order showed to be traditional cut. He asked the person who cut the pizza. She argued to me that is the way it was supposed to be cut. I was not offered a refund or another pizza. The manager was at the least complacent. What happened to give the customer what they want, not what LC says we want. SORRY, not possible to keep it short.
