Papa John's Pizza - Kings Mountain

I've always enjoyed Papa John's pizza, but I had a disappointing experience when I was told I couldn't use the restroom as a paying customer. I understand that the restroom is located behind the counter for employees, but I don't see why some customers are allowed access while others, like myself, are not. All other establishments I've visited have allowed me to use their restrooms.

The pizza was excellent, and I really appreciated the help I received from the lady on the phone.

The customer service here is outstanding! Placing an order online is fast and straightforward, and I always receive hot, fresh pizza!

They used to have great service. They are prone to forgetting sauce cups pretty often. I just quit ordering them. Pizza usually is delivered fairly quickly until recently. Now it takes 2 1/2hrs to receive pizza that i ordered online. This place needs new managment and a fresh set of employees. I will NOT be ordering again anytime soon advise that you look elsewhere for pizza.

This store is the worst about getting the deliverys out on time. Yesterday it was 4 hours past the delivery time. Pizza was very cold and didn't even get the order right. And it's like this every time we order. And now today I'm sitting here waiting yetagain for an order that almost 4 hours late again. I wouldn't recommend this location for anyone. I won't order from hereagain. Very unhappy.
