Gourmet pizzas. Heaps better than the other cheap pizza stores. Good price too.

I saw one of the pizza makers picking their nose which kinda puts me off their food.

I have ordered from them before gotten slow delivery with okay pizza. I usually don’t bother but received a coupon. This time I ordered and had a staff member being incredibly rude to me because I couldn’t come out to the street. I offered solutions and after 15 mins offered to come to the street. By this point he advised me not to bother and he was taking it back. The manager called me and told me that it can’t have been a service issue because that’s his best employee. I support managers backing their staff but not at the expense of calling customers a liar. I was frustrated and he was like ‘see you’re being rude’ I was frustrated after arguing for 15 mins. I didn’t start rude. Also refused to process a refund on the spot. Super frustrating to have my local store of an otherwise good chain with such poor service.
