Arby's - Kingsport

Waited for a good 30 minutes or more for 1 turnover. There was no drive thru line, no one inside the restaurant but me. When I would ask about the turnover, staff just kept saying 2 more minutes. I heard 2 more minutes for 10 minutes. Staff was gettingready to close the place up 1.5 hours early. The foods alright but not worth the time spent to get it.

Late night drive thru forgot my curly fries and only gave me only one sauce packet.

Wonderful customer service and team work!! I had placed a mobile order through the app to this location by mistake, so I called them and explained what happened and asked if I could cancel the order since I don’t have a “cancel” option on my order confirmation screen. The assistant manager said they could not cancel the order, but she may be able coordinate with another store transfer my order to the Johnson City location I intended to pickup from. She was very friendly to speak with and seemed like she genuinely cared. I was able to pick up my order from the JC location with no problem. As soon as I got there, they knew the ordeal, had my food ready, and thanked me for stopping by. Wow!
