Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

I absolutely love Freddy's and so does my family! When you want a real burger that melts in your mouth, hold on im drooling, come to this place! Also, for a burger, fries, and a drink, it's around $10. It is cheaper for my family to eat here than McDonald's!!

My wife and I ordered Freddy’s in Kingsport through doordash tonight and we were completely missing a sandwich (bag was sealed, so driver did not steal it. I called and spoke with a manager who acknowledged the mishap but said there was nothing she can do and to contact doordash. I said it’s kind of ridiculous that they could not put a sandwich in a bag and she told me that was extreme and if I only called to complain she would hang up, then hung up on me. Then I called back and asked for her name which she refused to give and the GMs phone number, which she also refused. She kept saying well things happen and we were busy. Offering me to come in and get it if I wanted. I ordered doordash for a reason, because I wasn’t able to get to the store. Terrible customer service

WAY TO EXPENSIVE, everything was good im never going their again, for 3 people it was $45 I got the economy is bad but it ain't that bad, outrageous

Delicious food! Fun service! Clean dining area, clean bathrooms. Definitely coming back!
