Írjon visszajelzéstI usually enjoy eating at Wendy's, but this is the second time I've gone through the drive-thru and they have taken my card before informing me that they have no ice for drinks. They should let customers know beforehand so they can decide if they want a warm drink or not. I don't want to waste my money on a warm coke, do you?
The staff at the restaurant were impolite when taking our order. The food we received did not match what was displayed on the menu board. Our family had a negative experience and we will not be returning to this establishment.
When I finally placed my order, Rebecca was the cashier. I was a bit slow as I don't usually eat much. The cashier turned to the customers behind me and complained that they weren't paid enough to deal with my order of small Frostys. She only walked to fetch the Frostys as the runner couldn't do it himself. When she came back to take the money, I mentioned that she got the wrong size and she started arguing with me. I demanded to speak to a manager. A manager came over to help me as Rebecca continued to argue with me. I had to ask her to step aside and have the manager talk to me. Every customer behind me said she should have been fired on the spot!
This place has become evil today. floor and tables through the restaurant is dirty. the ice does not work and the drink from the machine is flat. I noticed that behind the counter where they cook the food, the floor is also evil. it's not that bad that it is.
They ask when you order what they can make fresh for you.....well what they mean is they will freshly assemble a sandwich with a chicken breast that was cooked an hour earlier! Horrible chicken sandwich today. Fries were somewhat hot and the coke zero here seems to be always lacking carbonation.
