Tim Hortons - Kingston

Constantly out of basic menu items and drive through times are insane.

The WORST Tim Hortons in town. If you want to guarantee that a restaurant doesn't have what you want, this is the Tim's for you.

Advertising new sandwiches so as I am a vegetarian I chose the one with no meat. Got home and opened the sandwich up and both sides of the bun were burnt. Looked at the other one bought and the same thing..burnt! They need better quality control!!! Called the store they offered a $20.00 card to be used when convenient. Very happy with their response!!!!!

I decided to go inside the restaurant because the drive-thru was taking too long, as usual. Unfortunately, my experience once inside was just as bad. After waiting for 2 minutes, someone finally took my order for a small ice cream. However, the incompetent employees took over 15 minutes to prepare my order, even though other customers who came in after me received their food/drink promptly. Despite being clearly visible, the coffee maker completely ignored my presence and seemed indifferent to my wait. Eventually, I had to confront her about my order, and she claimed she didn't see it on the screen. The young man who initially took my order had to intervene and remind her of it. While she continued to procrastinate making my coffee, he took it upon himself to do so quickly. I felt sorry for him as he seemed to be the only decent worker there. The lack of professionalism and poor customer service I experienced makes it unlikely that I will ever return to this restaurant. If I do, I'll definitely stick to the drive-thru.

I went to the restaurant with the understanding that it was open until 11 o'clock. However, when I arrived at the drive-thru at 10:15, I attempted to order a bagel from a man working there. He informed me that hot food was not available at that time, but before he could finish speaking, a woman intervened and became very rude and aggressive towards me for trying to place my order. A simple explanation would have sufficed, but their response was extremely disrespectful and uncalled for. If the woman had been the designated spokesperson, it would have been more acceptable, but it seemed that she lacked understanding of customer service or common courtesy. I will not be returning to this establishment and will seek out other late-night restaurants that adhere to their stated hours of operation. If they cannot accommodate orders up until closing time, then what is the point of staying open? Customers should not be made to feel unwelcome or confused about the restaurant's closing procedures, and menu items should always be available as advertised during operating hours. I strongly advise against visiting this location.
