My favorite spot when I went to URI! I highly recommend the Phat and Spicey and the buffalo fries! Definitely an appetizing meal! I may just take a ride over there again just to have some! So save me a seat!

It's really good! It's at the top of the campus, so I would go after class and the food is always on the point. You get a lot for your money, I'll never be hungry!

The steak and cheese is small but delicious! The fries are good. The only Complaint I have Is that I order the same sandwich every single day And today The two girls at the counter charged me an extra dollar and I dont know why and when i questioned them about the extra dollar they were kind of rude about it. I go everyday and this is the first time I've seen these two girls. Probably won't go back for a while. Because of them! The owner is very friendly and i feel bad but those girls smh.

Don?t get me wrong, I enjoyed my sub. It?s greasy, delicious and flavorful. However, do not expect a PHAT sub when you order a PHAT sub. The sandwiches are by no means PHAT. They are actually quite small. If this place started making their PHAT subs on nice, big, high quality sub rolls and loading it with food, it would be a 3 sub place in the state.

The owner of this restaurant is not interested in the cleanliness of his business or any of his rental properties. I can't even imagine how disgusting the kitchen is in this place, I know the food that comes out of it is. He doesn't care if his rental property is full of mold while 5 children and a pregnant woman lives there. A mold remediation company wanted $10,000 to fix all the issues, but he refused to pay that. Instead he replaced $200 worth of insulation and sprayed the black mold with vinegar. I would never eat at this restaurant again now that I know the owner on a personal level. He does not care about the safety of any of his customers or tenants. The authorities really need to get involved in this guy's life because he is actively putting people's health in jeopardy. I've contacted the health department multiple times and am just waiting on a response.
