Ymca Farm Project Stand - Kingston

Located in Midtown Kingston, this farm stand is a fantastic spot to purchase fresh, local, and affordable vegetables. Operated by a community nonprofit, the Y Farm Project stand offers a variety of healthy greens and leafy vegetables, even in January. The stand closes for a while after the winter season but reopens with a great selection of locally grown veggies and delicious blueberries when in season. New stand hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays were introduced in June of 2021. The Tuesday stand can be found in front of the Child Care entrance on Pine Grove Ave., while the Thursday stand is located inside the building's lobby near the Y parking area. Masks are mandatory inside, and customers are encouraged to bring their own shopping bags. Despite the occasional long line, this farm stand is worth a visit if you are in the vicinity of Kingston.

The parking lot can be accessed through an entrance on Pine Grove Avenue. Sometimes there is a long line, and masks are required inside. It is recommended to bring your own shopping bags.
