To my surprise, she began yelling at me in broken English, insisting that I needed to order extra curry if I wanted more. I tried to explain that there was no curry on my noodles at all, but she cut me off rudely. Frustrated, I raised my voice and told her, "LISTEN, let me finish my sentence!" She then told me to calm down, to which I replied, "Don’t tell me to calm down; you should let people speak without interrupting. That’s rude." When my husband went to pick up the replacement order, he was met with the same unpleasant attitude. After she yelled at him, he responded in kind, which made her ease up and eventually hand over the order. He was so upset that he said we can no longer spend our money there. He believes she is either the manager or the owner, and I share his disappointment. It's really disheartening to see such poor customer service in a place I used to enjoy. To whoever this woman is, you've lost a customer. If you don't like dealing with people, perhaps running a business isn't for you. Your attitude is off-putting, and your customer service skills are lacking. DO BETTER! Customers, beware! The photos show the huge difference between what I received yesterday and what I received today. This is your fault, ma'am, not mine!
My family and I visited this restaurant expecting to find a good place to eat, and I'm happy to say we succeeded! The food is absolutely delicious, and the staff—both waiters and waitresses—are fantastic! It's very kid-friendly and offers choices for even the pickiest eaters. I highly recommend it!
Overrated. While the presentation of the food is appealing and similar to offerings at other restaurants, the flavors fell short here. We ordered several dishes, and they were all overly salty. When I asked the server for a remake, she explained that the sauce was pre-made and used on all dishes, which couldn't be altered. Although they may specialize in sushi, it seems they don't put as much effort into their other, more Americanized dishes, which unfortunately miss the mark. We also tried two different types of sushi rolls, and while they were decent, they were far from amazing. To add to the disappointment, the kitchen got my order wrong, and the server still delivered the incorrect dish. She even acknowledged the mistake and tried to convince me that the new dish would be just as good. Since it was my first visit, I was flexible and willing to try a variety from their menu, but I left feeling disappointed. There are definitely better options for sushi and Asian fusion elsewhere.
My wife and I went on a dinner date here tonight and it was excellent. We've eaten here before but tonight it seems as though they took it up a few notches in flavor. We had two appetizers and 6 different hand done rolls. Cannot wait to go back but willenjoy my left overs until then!
Holy cow!! BEST SUSHI PLACE IN KINGWOOD! Truly so impressed by everything. We ABSOLUTELY loved this place! The menu is 4 pages FULL of creative 1 of kind sushi rolls, hand rolls, sashimi, appetizers, soups, dinner plates, ect. Great drink selections frombeer wine and cocktails. The service was superb! We had spicy Edamame and the ahi tuna tower for appetizers, 2 different kindsof sushi rolls for dinner some perfectly warmed great tasting Sake to drink. Everything was excellent!! Our new favorite localrestaurant! We'll definitely be back again!
