Whataburger - KINGWOOD

This is a fantastic chain! The hamburgers are very easy to eat, and the buns are nice and flat, making them comfortable to handle. I definitely recommend it!

This location is clean, the service was quick, and the staff was friendly. I definitely recommend this place. Whataburger is the only fast food I enjoy here in Texas unless I'm eating in a sit-down restaurant. The fast food options in Texas can be lacking in terms of preparation methods, and that's all I have to say about that. By the way, you should definitely try the new chili cheese fries—they remind me of Wienerschnitzel back in California!

This restaurant isn’t living up to its fast food promise. I tried to give this location multiple chances, but the drive-thru consistently takes at least 20 minutes to get your food. I ended up spending half of my lunch break just waiting in line! Breakfast wasn't any better either; it took me 40 minutes to get served inside, and they even messed up my order. I could see the kitchen, and most of the staff were moving at a snail's pace. No wonder it takes so long! Maybe I’m just used to the lightning-fast service at Chick-fil-A, but this is still unacceptable. I would recommend avoiding this place unless you have a lot of time to spare, like an hour or two.

Clean location. Great food (especially the sweet tea). Exemplary service. A very kind woman came by our table multiple times and helped us with anything we needed.

Only gave stars despite having an excellent meal. Tried the Bacon Blue Cheese Whataburger. The quality of the food was top notch. The assembly of the burger lacked any pride in workmanship. It would have been better if they would have put it in abucket
