Írjon visszajelzéstOh my, where do I even begin? I love ramen and have tried plenty of it in the USA, but this was the worst experience I’ve had. We ordered shio and tonkotsu ramen, and the broth was thin, lacking fat and umami, as well as overall flavor. It was just a bland, watery soup. The pork (chashu) was dry, boiled, and tasteless, with too much fat and skin. There was only a hard-boiled egg, instead of a properly marinated one with a runny yolk. The noodles were acceptable—not great, but not terrible either. I think they really need to rethink their recipes from the ground up. You’d be better off with a cup of instant noodles.
We visited bothell this early year, and it rained, and we felt like a few rams. this was our first visit (although we went back in the following week) in shibu and our first ritter restaurant, and it sat the bar. we have tried others since then, and while they were good, they were not as good as shibu. when they go, we recommend the bao as app, and the Tonkutsu rays. fantastic combo!
The ritter is delicious and reasonably priced. Their pork tacos and appetizers are also excellent. I highly recommend it!
Shibu Ramen is truly a legendary ramen spot. The staff is consistently the same each time I visit, and they are always friendly and attentive. The ramen and gyoza are delicious—my go-to is the garlic tonkotsu. I occasionally order takeout when I can't dine in, but the cozy atmosphere is so inviting that I feel like I'm missing out when I can't stay! It's a perfect place for a date; your companion will definitely be impressed.
Very good Ramen soup. I've been here several times and always enjoy the selection and quality.
