Good afternoon. I have no complaints about the quality and taste of the food. However, I could not hear the operator on the phone AT ALL, and had to ask them to repeat themselves multiple times. It felt like I was speaking to a child who couldn’t pronounce half of the alphabet. We waited almost two hours for our order, and twice the delivery driver went to the wrong address. In the end, my business lunch was cold, and lunchtime had already ended.

We ordered a large platter. The shawarma was sweet! The onion rings were soggy and fell apart as soon as we picked them up from the box. The nuggets were undercooked. Everything was made with the same sauce, and it was so sweet that my teeth hurt.

Great café with delivery service. It is located on a larger area than a café in Apatity. Clean and fast.
