Mcdonald's - Kissimmee

Like most mcdonald’s, usually it is always full. especially during certain times, such as breakfast and lunch. but this particular location of the drive-thru can get crazy! Thank you it has two lanes so that they can take the commands faster. otherwise there would be customers in their vehicles waiting on the highway to place their order. I guess people are too lazy to order. because it looks like it would be much faster because the inner is always quite empty.

I was in the area to have some medical imaging done. We found this McDonald's, a modern fast food restaurant. When enter I saw these big screens so you could place your order and sit, someone will come over to you with what you have order. We were kind of lost, but a friendly employee notice our confusion so she helped us out. I really want to congratulate this McDonald's place. For their kind and excellent service. You will love to visit.

Went for breakfast and ordered 4 paid items. Asked for a cup of water. I was charged $1.89 for a large sweet tea. When I asked what it was for several workers gathered at window with an attitude. I explained i had 2 coffee and a water mo sweet tea. They refunded be, but then refused to give me my water. When I asked why, they said because I would not pay for it. I explained you never said it was for the water,.plus you charged me for a large sweer tea and gave me a small child's cup of water. The lady at window then said, HERE JUST TAKE IT.

If I could give them -0 I wouldn't let them. the worst customer service of all time! to have the audacity to talk about the customer among themselves because their team has not finished the order correctly. many thanks for this experience and knowing never to kick back foot here.

Very clean charging! I even spoke with 1 of the manager to tell her that the whole load looked great! very clean @dining areas @the back where food was prepared! and it looked well organized! I will go back there!
