Miami Grill - Kissimmee

First off they never answer the drive thru if they have more than 2 customers, this is the second time I came here because nothing in Kissimmee is open or decent to eat. The manager could be a bit more productive if he?d go help his staff instead of yelling at them, you guys have really good food when it?s not cold and half cooked. Best Greek salad you can find out here (just like a NY deli) but please get it together There weren?t but 5 customers in the store and it still took an hour for food that?s already prepared. And now I?m warming my food up at home because it came cold in the restaurant and I didn?t have the energy to go back and forth with the manager who tried to be snappy in the beginning before I put him right in his place with a smile and some kind words

Just ordered this place from uber eats. I'm not sure what five year old made this. But he forgot to add decent ingredients. This is 90 bread... Ordered 4 subs and they're all like this. Keep up the hard work gents. You're killing it out there!

We have a Miami grill food chains in the Midwest but they don?t compare to Florida. I loved the food and the customer service . Definitely will be returning when i come back . Thank you

Miami grill has a delicious cuban sandwich and philly cheesesteak. Luis is awesome! He gave us exceptional service and wonderful recommendations for food. Everything was cooked perfectly, fresh, and with generous portions. Its a 40 min drive for us to here but we’ll be back as regulars.

It's worth the drive again! We visited for the 1st time 2 months ago driving over an hour from near Apollo Beach just to get here. We brought the kids with us this time and they loved it. We all agree this location taste just like the originals in Miami. Delicious! mgr Mr. Carlos R. was not there this time, but Maria was just as nice and gave the same excellent customer service and attention! Thank you!
