Írjon visszajelzéstMy friends and I went to brunch at Blue Mermaid and we had a BLAST!! Two words: Mimosa flight falls the microphone. Jodi and I ordered two different flights, mango, blueberry lemonade, blood orange watermelon. Laurie ordered a **** Mary. The brunch menu has several options. I chose the salmonier Benedikt, which was served on their homemade (read AHMAZING) butter biscuits. (I took some home.) Jodi had breakfast Burrito with homemade potato chips (delicious). Laurie ordered the eggs frijoles that had a black bean **** as a base. All three of us enjoyed our meals and thought they were delicious. Would recommend this place as a casual dune on site for brunch or dinner if you were in the area.
Fantastic food, great service and wonderful members of the community!! Love they have great vegan options. Delicious French fries. Monday night trivia is always an explosion. My favorite is the fried Sesam Tofu, but I have about the vegan options as well as some vegan mods and loved it all!! Thanks for all the great meals Blue Mermaid.
This was my first time after they moved from Portsmouth. Very neat, spacious space with high chairs and tables. Trendy restaurant feeling. Tasty finger food a very smooth beer(get the Lunch . Some nights are featured live bands, other nights open microfon.
Now in Kittery next to tributary brewing! Creative Caribbean cooking meets the new England Seacoast. Sunday brunch special with cheap Mimosa and **** Mary. Varied and delicious plays on Caribbean eats. They have outdoor seating and their location is a hidden but easy to get with gated parking. They offer some delicious regular menu items but amazing specials, usually with locally caught seafood.
Miss the old Portsmouth location, but Blue Mermaid still has some of the most unique dishes in the area. The restaurant seemed empty for a Saturday and not as comforting as the old location. However, the service was great our waiter made us feel right at home. Our favorite dish, the paella, no longer exists. The lobster quesadilla is the last man standing and still hits the spot! Try it as an appetizer as the portion is quite large. The exotic themed menu has mouth tingling spices throughout most of its dishes. Their homemade fire roasted salsa and jalapeno pesto sauces were excellent; and highlighted their respective dishes. I will say that the stars of the show are their cocktail menu and desserts. Be sure to try their Key Lime Pie it's awesome.
