Arby's - Klamath Falls

I recently tried the roast beef sandwich and found it to be mostly bread. It's been a while since I visited an Arby's, and I was hoping the sandwich would be as delicious as I remembered, but I was let down. The service was good, but unfortunately, that was about the only positive aspect of my experience.

This Arby’s excels at hiring excellent customer service representatives. I’m often greeted by highly articulate and enthusiastic professionals in the food industry. While it may not always be perfect, they are definitely making a positive impact in Klamath Falls. Plus, they have the meats!

The Diablo chicken sandwich was excellent, offering great flavor with a nice kick of heat. The drive-thru was quite busy, and it took some time for my order inside. Despite that, I would definitely recommend it.

It's been awhile since I came in cause of WAITING 35 mins in the pull around side park for chicken sandwich. Today I got my chicken sandwiches fast but was missing BACON! Is that why it cost more or is it no longer have bacon! Pix showed bacon or oldpix! Not happy again. ????I keep giving chances but now! @I had to call my boss that I would be late coming back!!????

Everything was perfect, and I was pleasantly surprised. The roast beef on both sandwiches was thinly sliced, and everything was still warm when I received it.
