Gino's Cafe Sports - Klamath Falls

I love Ginos, but the food is on the hill. Service was a little missing I had to track down our waitress to pay our bill, but always has atmosphere was great, love the decorations

The most unusual culinary experience. You press a specific button at the table based on what you want to do (accept, order, payment, etc.). The service was fine. Servers were often confused as to which table where was, so maybe the numbering system was new. Eating was okay. Nothing special. My bill was just over $11, so I gave the waiter $22 cash, expecting a 10 back in change. No. The waiter assumed that the $2 was a tip and gave me change from the 20. No biggie, except I would have done that for a reason. I didn't shake anything, I just left. Very loud atmosphere full of people who fall the f bomb, including the staff. I had the impression that if you weren't a parent, they didn't care much about you.

To sit at the bar, it is always fast, fast service, cold apple wine, and a cheap double cheese with Parmesan-Fries for 11$ super worth it. Service is with pleasant staff and atmosphere. Come on back.

The staff seemed surprised we wanted to eat here. They said they were friendly, especially from the waitress. Unfortunately, the food wasn't great. My salad was okay. My husband's lasagna tasted better than it looked. My daughter's pizza wasn't good. The base was like cardboard, there was too much cheese and not where close enough sauce. Something floated in our waterboy, maybe herbs? The friendly waitress has fresh water immediately when we instructed. I wanted it to be good, but it just wasn't. The waitress was the only saving grace.

I?ve been over charged there twice. First time we worked it out and I still wanted to come back for the patio atmosphere so I gave them another chance. Sure enough I was overcharged AGAIN. A total of 10$ combined overcharged. Then last incident we started with regular pint glasses. Our beer was the Pilsner. Second beer they changed to plastic, got our beer wrong and others at our table plastic cups were even smaller, so not an actual pint. This restaurant is skimming their customers and overcharging. Don?t order the terriblemisu either it?s a joke.
