Hwy 55 Burgers Shakes Fries

I typically love coming here for their Philly cheesesteak, but today I decided to place an order instead. Unfortunately, the customer service was terrible. The teenager at the register seemed indifferent and just stared at me without saying a word. She had a poor attitude and appeared almost worried that I was going to place an order. After I told her what I wanted, she didn’t ask if I needed anything else; she just stood there and stared again. Frustrated, I left without placing my order. I refuse to spend my money in a place with such awful customer service. They should take a cue from Chick-fil-A and implement similar training for their staff. They've definitely lost a sale and a potential regular customer. I won’t be coming back or ordering from here again.

Put an order on the line picked it up to home ready to enjoy their delicious food. but when I opened my burger, it looked like I received the scrap of the burger, it didn't even fill the burger, I also got half the order of tator deads materie the actual 2 of the tator dead were half order. I love eating from there, but from now on, I'm just going to dip. I took photos if you want to see. I don't know what you want, but 25.00 is a lot of money for me.

Like HWY 55, but not sure that I would order again online, at least not this location. Paid for chili cheese sauces, rectified regular notes. Maybe. I should have checked the order twice before I left, but you should not check for a simple standard article

I am astonished how different the service was after I went out a few weeks ago beyond my hot dog, after I was made several times and still not right I was very dissatisfied. Yesterday I was with my granddaughter, and her grandmother was very, very pleased. The burger was chef for perfection, huh? Rings were completely boiled and also perfectly scattered.. The CSR that waited on our table in time did not seem to understand my order, but they changed over one with the new csr.. I was very happy... 8.9 Turn around the top for the service....

Today, I visited the Highway 55 Diner and it was a disappointing experience. We ordered online, and I arrived a few minutes early to pick up our order. The floor was dirty, and the cooks exhibited absolutely no customer service skills; they had an unpleasant attitude and a negative demeanor. I would not recommend this Highway 55 Diner to anyone. I can't understand how they have any positive ratings. The chicken strips were tough, the bread was soggy, the tater tots tasted like they were fried in old grease, and my sauce was missing from the bag. I only gave this establishment two stars because of the cashiers, who were the only redeeming feature of the visit.
