Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Knightdale

Through the ride thru.. was friendly service... was understood from one of the items, but with a lack of pandemic. Prices in NC much better than in NY, but they forgot things and I had to go inside and wait until the things cook. If I had told me in the car ride, it would be ready for them a few minutes.. But to give me my order as if it were all there and then I go in and they had to let me cook as if they had given me my order that I would not notice. But my fiancée was happy to get Popeyes so that everything was important... if you go through the drive thru... check your bag before you leave the window

Customer service could definitely use some work! One day they told me it was a 40 minute wait on chicken and asked me if I wanted to wait. Another day they told me they were out of chicken. Some days are great and others are horrible. The macaroni and cheese is different every time I go. Very inconsistent!

Well, my adult son and I just went into this Popeyes location! For starters we walked in and there was an enormous puddle of water on the floor that covered the entire register and pick up area!!! The entire staff including the manager who was an older woman were kidding and joking around! We stood there for approximately 10 min while the fiasco went on! No one acknowledged us, greeted us, or asked if they could take our order! They just laughed, joked, and sang! I will never visit this location again while residing in Knightdale! How unprofessional of the manager and what a bad example! It?s one thing to have fun while working, but when customers enter the place of business it should rectify as such that! So much for that Popeyes craving tonight, I am over that!!!

Food was good even though my order was wrong. (Didn?t realize it till I left) but the employee?s are all rude and give you the meanest looks. They could definitely use some customer service skills.

The service was friendly enough, but my sandwich had either been sitting too long, or it was fried in old oil, it tasted horrible. By the way what's the story with all the employees wearing their mask beneath their nose? Proper training on the wearing of a mask is in order for everyone including the manager.
