The new Fiesta Southwest Bowl was fantastic, and I absolutely loved the new loaded waffle pub fries! Food: 5/5

The food was excellent, and the service was fantastic! However, when we walked in, my dad tripped on the rug and not a single staff member came over to check on him. If it hadn't been for a passing man who helped me, I don't know if I would have been able to lift him on my own.

The restaurant is good and dependable. I've dined here several times over the past year. The service was decent, though the server seemed busy. Everyone, including the kids, enjoyed their meals. The atmosphere wasn't too noisy. Food rating: 4/5.

Food was better than usual. There were only 6 tables sat in the whole place and the managers wouldn't let anybody else be seated. This was 730 on a Sunday. I know staffing is an issue, but it just seemed really unorganized.Food: 5/5

Sitting here now and if I could give negative 5 stars I would. We arrived at 5:50p. It is 7:08pm. Our food just arrived and it’s cold. Cold fish at that! Fries are cold! Alfredo was so cold the sauce was dried to the bottom of the bowl. Waiting isnt an issue if the food is quality. Waiting becomes an issue when McDonalds next door can top it! Manager came over and said he was giving some discounts cards. We didn’t want any discount. We just wanted hot dinner and we’re willing to wait. I can afford our food at full cost.
