Calhoun's - Knoxville

The food was just average, and the service was disappointing. However, the manager refunded our meal, which earns them an extra two stars. I appreciate that they took responsibility for the server’s mistakes. I’m willing to give them another chance.

Absolutely fantastic barbecue! Our server, Kate, was exceptional and provided the best service I've experienced. We dined in for lunch, and the price per person was around $20–30. The food, service, and atmosphere all earned a perfect rating of 5 out of 5. I highly recommend the Banana Pudding, Pulled Pork Plate, and BBQ Sauce!

We have enjoyed the food at Calhoun's since moving to Knoxville 4 years ago. BUT...we especially love this location because of Matt. We always go sit at the bar to see our favorite bartender/server.
