Írjon visszajelzéstI recently tried the broken squid, and I absolutely loved it! The dish was crispy and flavorful, paired with a delicious wine-based sauce on the side. The fries were also crispy, perfectly salty, and tasty. Next time, I might request a little less salt. I only realized at the end that we didn’t have malt vinegar on the side, but honestly, I couldn't complain since everything was so good! I enjoyed it all with an IPA from the bar at Marble City Market. It’s great to have a place for fish and chips here in Knoxville!
I got the PEI mussels and truffle fries. I did a monstrous thing and dumped my fries in the mussel broth. The broth is amazing! I’m pretty sure the secret ingredient is an insane amount of butter, but no complaints. I wish french bread was a side option instead of only fries. Fries and broth was good, but bread and broth would be better. Can’t wait to try the fish!
We attempted to eat at 8:30 AM, as they close at 9 (like most other restaurants in the area), but we were denied service! To make matters worse, the staff member ignored me from 8:25 to 8:30 AM while I stood at the counter. When I finally spoke up, she acknowledged me and said someone had already taken the dough. This was incredibly unprofessional, and we are really disappointed!
This is the best fish and chips place in all of Knoxville. Fries are great, haddock is great, shrimp is great, and all sauces are great. Total gem
The restaurant lacked energy and was overwhelmed by greed, which is surprising given that "peace" is in the name of the establishment.
