Hibachi Factory - Knoxville

I visited for the first time and the food was amazing! It was served hot and exactly as I ordered. The staff was friendly and quick; she mentioned it would take 10-15 minutes, but it only took about 5. I'll definitely be returning for another meal and takeout!

Upon first impression, the restaurant doesn’t seem to be the cleanest, as shown in the photos. However, since I ordered my food to go, I wasn’t overly bothered by the appearance. The food was quite delicious, prepared quickly, and very reasonably priced. I really appreciated the concept of fast and affordable hibachi!

I've been to this location before, but this visit was by far the best! The food was cooked perfectly, and the staff was incredibly attentive, demonstrating excellent customer service. A big thank you to Parker and the other two staff members (I didn’t catch their names). The food was delicious, the staff was fantastic, and the restaurant was clean. An A+ experience!

The food was decent, but the cleanliness of the restaurant left much to be desired. Everything seemed coated in grease, dirt, or food particles, and it appeared that the place hadn't been cleaned in quite some time.
