Long John Silver's - Knoxville

I'm surprised to see that the restaurant claims to close at 10:00, yet when I arrived at 8:20, the doors were locked, and there were people waiting in the lobby. They refused to let us in to place an order. It's no wonder they receive negative reviews and struggle to get customers. I usually avoid leaving bad reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough to warrant one. It's moments like these that contribute to the closure of Long John Silver's locations.

I’m so happy it's near my workplace! It brings back memories... you know what I mean? Haha!

Here at 9pm and they said they are closed even though hours are 10-10

This is always a family favorite and was a unanimous agreement to stop by. : The chicken and fish was very tasty without being too heavy or over cooked. The cheese bites, fries, slaw and hush puppies were all great and we enjoyed every bite. The staff was also friendly and very helpful, they were very welcoming! We will definitely be back very soon.
