Panda Express - Knoxville

The chef clearly needs more experience, as my meal was muddy and lacking flavor. However, the gentleman at the front was very friendly and apologized on her behalf. I suggest they consider letting her go and giving him a raise if they want to keep their business afloat. I hope they can improve, but I won’t be returning.

The rice was undercooked, hard in the center, and they didn't have any noodles available. The portions were the smallest I've ever seen at any Panda Express. Only about half of the entrée options were available. I had to ask twice for sauce on the Teriyaki chicken—does it really come without sauce? The chicken had a lot of gristle, making it the worst I've experienced at Panda Express. You have to specifically ask for utensils; otherwise, they won't provide them. There was no line around 11 o'clock, but the staff didn’t seem happy to be there. I won’t be returning to this location.

I think a lot of people fail to understand this is a fast food restaurant on a college campus. It’s not going to have normal hours and it will always have a long line. But I will forever appreciate the fact that I can walk 5 minutes in between classes to get some orange chicken.

Noon Friday and they have one person serving food and then handling the register. Great food but it takes forever to get it.

Unnecessarily closed at 2pm and not even open on the weekends. Not a convenient location to get to. No reason they should be closed for dinner. Update your hours online if you aren't going to stay open when you say you're open.
