Rumi Gyro Mediterranean Cuisine

I have had gyro at many places but this place definitely has the best gyro. Besides food being great, staff are also pretty generous for portion of food. They are very friendly and clean. I witnessed the patience they had with kids while I was eating and it was just awesome (I wouldn't be that patient lol).Inside is spacious, and you can spend time in front of the restaurant sipping your black tea while watching sunset. Though I live 3 hours away, I will for sure go back again.

This place is phenomenal. The owner is personable. He takes time to get to know his customers and makes the food himself. Who makes you Turkish tea just because while you wait?I’m an out of state transplant and have tried most Mediterranean restaurants in the area and they just don’t compete. So my question is…why isn’t his business booming? Knoxville pay this mom and pop establishment a visit you won’t be disappointed.

Rumi, the hidden gem of gyro places, has taken my taste buds on an exquisite culinary journey. From the moment I stepped inside their warm and inviting eatery, I knew I was in for a treat. Absolutely fantastic, delicious, fresh made, awesome food! What a gem of a restaurant in Knoxville ! Everything we ordered was great, and I can't wait to go back to try other menu items. Staffs were friendly and accommodating, the ambiance was clean, comfortable, and welcoming.

Stopped here on my way to Nashville and the food was amazing so happy I found this place. It’s such a homemade taste and the people working there are so friendly. You can see they put time into making their food great. Defiantly recommend, will stop here again whenever I get the chance.
