Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

I ordered a fried Cobb salad, but when I got back to campus and opened my box, I found that there was no chicken in it. I'm really disappointed.

Additionally, the second meal we ordered, the Big Zak Snack Meal, came with only one and a half chicken tenders. What a mess! Given the high volume of customers and the limited staff, I can only assume they are overwhelmed. But why not take a moment to focus on providing accurate orders and good quality food instead of rushing to serve customers with incorrect and unpleasant meals? Who is in charge of managing this place? It really needs improvement!

Concerned for her well-being, I called the store to see if someone could move the umbrella to provide her some shade. The person who answered said they would, but the call ended abruptly. When I arrived, I mentioned my concern, but a Hispanic female employee responded that the worker had only been out there for 30 minutes. I reiterated that she was in direct sunlight and expressed my worry as I was on my way back to work, especially since I have grandchildren. When I called the store again, a male supervisor abruptly told me that I needed to stop calling. This was frustrating since I had only called once. I pointed out that other establishments, like Chick-fil-A, ensure their employees are protected from direct sunlight. I left feeling disappointed and frustrated. Not only did they seem indifferent to the welfare of their employees, but they also forgot to include my eggs in my Cobb salad and left off the onions. Overall, I am genuinely disappointed in Zaxby's management and will not return. Sincerely, Ms. Sharon

This Zaxby?s was consistent with other Zaxby?s! Food was hot and fresh. Lobby and bathrooms were clean. David was very welcoming and accommodating. We enjoyed his conversation and we were pleased with his concern for our safety and satisfaction. The woman serving our food was VERY stingy with the sauces even though I ordered extra. Overall it was a great experience.

I truly love their chicken fingers so much! It's way better than the Chick-fil-A chicken fingers because it has tons of meat and no fillers. I also like their spicy chicken sandwich too. Ever since I discovered Zaxby's chicken, I literally stopped going to all other chicken restaurants like Raising Cane, Chick-fil-A, Popeyes, etc... This place is truly the BEST! The staff here is super friendly and helpful. They keep this place clean and organized at all times. They have drive-thru too, if you're too lazy to go inside. You should also download their mobile app to conveniently order, pay, and view your rewards on it. Once you have signed up, you will automatically get your first free signature chicken sandwich through the mobile app. You can redeem it within 30 days at any Zaxby's location. ????????????????
