Pure Joy - Ko Pha-Ngan

Every dish I had here was amazing, especially the green curry. Very tasteful and creamy. Great portions and good price. The ladies who work here work hard and are such candy. Food cannot always be fast, but it is not everywhere in Thailand. It's worth going here. I've eaten here every day since I've been here, my darling.

Best food in Haadrin Koh Phangan and the best price too. Lovely relaxing music that’s not too loud. The service is excellent and the portions are much better and bigger than anywhere on the island. Amazing Mango Sticky Rice too. Lovely people. Well done Pure Joy. Can’t wait to be back tomorrow.

This place serves the best thai food ever. I’ve travelled and lived around different parts of Thailand, including dining at Michelin thai restaurants, but none of them could beat Pure Joy Restaurant. We ate here daily and the quality has always been so good. The staff were not very expressive but they’re nice and gentle. They also make the best coconut smoothie ever!

It was pure joy eating here. Amazing Thai food and the staff were very friendly. Between 4 of us we spent about 650 baht with 2 starters, 4 mains, 1 dessert and 2 waters. All of the dishes were amazing and some of the best that we have had in Thailand. Our favourites were the yellow curry, papaya salad and mango sticky rice. If you are staying in the Haad Rin area this is a must.

Best food in Thailand. Massaman for 60 bhat 1/5th price of other restaurants but much better quality food made with love and attention. The best green curry I’ve had in terms of subtlety of flavor and I’ve eaten at 5* hotel restaurants and paid 20 times the price for the same dish and this is better.
