Pizza Hut - Kodak

I went in on Thursday evening to pick up an order. The man (Ben) working the front was simply awesome. I'm on a cane and he went above and beyond to help me with my purchase including carrying the pizza to the car for me. He's definitely a keeper.

I ordered wings. They had nothing but Fat on them. John the manager was professional and understanding. Offered to deliver more or give me credit. Thank you John. You did a great job. Take care.

I was really disappointed that they don't put any sauce on the pizza, even if you pay extra for it. I’ve stopped asking for it because it just feels like a waste of money. It’s really disappointing!

The personal pan pizza was absolutely delicious, and the general manager was a very friendly young man.

The Pizza Hut in Kodak, TN consistently provides excellent customer service. I always feel welcomed when I pick up my pizza, and I’ve never received a wrong order. The staff is friendly, and the restaurant is always clean.
