Henry's Great Alaskan - Kodiak

I ordered the fried oysters and the cod sandwich, and I was quite pleased with both. The restaurant has a busy, casual atmosphere, and the service was quick and friendly. Overall, I had a great experience!

Our waitress, Lilly, was incredibly knowledgeable about the various native fish and dishes on the menu. She also recommended some great local attractions to check out. Additionally, the owner's son, who worked as the bartender, took the time to share some fantastic local sights to see. Overall, it was a phenomenal dining experience!

We didn’t have the best dining experience here during our four-month trip through Alaska. The atmosphere was quite noisy, giving it a fast-food vibe, which was surprising for a restaurant that’s considered upscale. While the staff were very friendly, we would rank this as our fourth favorite option during our four-night stay on the island.

1st time eating here came strictly for wings.Ordered the 10 piece BBQ w/carrots and celery .. wings were tender and crispy ,and the sauce was refreshing .. however they were super saucy, and for the price of 20 bucks it only came with 2 1/2 carrot 1 celery cut in half .. I expected more veggies .. also some of the wings looked weird not sure if that has something to do with the quality but yeah .. overall I would come back to the establish ,but order something different .. or if I got wings I 'd add extra veggies and request light sauce

Food was good but pricey and took a while to come out. Servers were attentive with refills. Had to stand by the machine for a good 5 minutes before someone came over to get me settled up.
