Trattoria Fiat - Koebenhavn

Friendly welcome, but mistakes in order and pasta quite insipid for an add that was not. map a rather mixed opinion

Despite being just along the road from the chaos of Nyhavn, this delightful Italian Restaurant manages to produce first class Pasta dishes, at very acceptable prices for visitors from Broken Britain. We were slotted in to a spare table, which was booked just over an hour ahead. Perfect. Good service, a wonderful Pasta Dish, Casserata ? . Served with lovely Forcaccia and Olive Oil. Copious quantities of local Tap Water and a bottle of Beer for my wife, sealed the deal. Rounded off by an Espresso Macciato. Hayling Seagoon

3 stars and so is the high set. We got a little of each, a little pasta, a little carpaccio, a little risotto and something fish. The fish (see picture), was well prepared, well balanced, with a well-made beurre blanc. But then it stops positive too. The Risotto is wet and dry, not creamy it has got hard heat and too much liquid at once. The taste is ok, but it is not worth it. The 2 pasta dishes are okay, but nothing that gives a great taste experience. The service is not really bad, but it does not fall into my taste. A little quick smart, and don't catch up with our table which was just on a quiet “shell not making dinner” Vibe. It goes a little tjept that some things sold out and you just get 2% stressed. There are also some minor faults/dispossess that give the 2 stars. At one point, a glass is smashed in the middle of the floor, which goes about 10 minutes before it is cleared, as the servants make round to find (what looks like the youngest and most green waiter) to sweep it up. The servants go a bit confused around, without so much purpose, and water is filled too slowly. There is also reasonable time between the right and the main right and you may feel that you are forgotten at a time.
