Vaekst - Koebenhavn

Super tasty. Great atmosphere. Highly recommend ordering their prefixed menu and getting the beef tenderloin. The menu forces you to try great things and the tenderloin was mouth-wateringly good. It was a bit pricey but worth it.

Was seated in the lower level, and absolutely loved feeling like we were descending through a greenhouse to get there. We shared a gooseberry salad, broccoli, and cod, but we were given multiple “surprise dishes” between courses (a “pancake,” bread with herbed butter, and vegetable parfait). Incredible food, amazing value!

Really enjoyed our dinner at Vaekst, the experience was wonderful. The cod and beef mains were delicious. The asparagus appetizer and amuse-bouche were okay in comparison. The service was great and the ambiance was cozy and casual.

I don’t think this place needs a review. The most affordable and friendly Michelin restaurant I have ever seen . Everything was so perfect, with gentle on the house menu , that my family stays with an open eye . Go there . Mandatory’s
