Bagutta - Koeln-Ehrenfeld

Had dinner here with three friends on a hot summer evening. We could sit outside on the terrace in the back; very lovely spot there!The food was not the best I have ever eaten, but good according to German standards. Very good wine at good prices though. In general not an expensive place.

Very nice staff, they looked out for all our needs and the food was very good. I would recommend it at any time.

The food here really is great, especially the pasta dishes, everyone loved those. However, we did have to wait for over an hour until our starters arrived.. so we got our mains around 10.15pm. Apart from that we had a good time, the waitress was very nice and the place has a good atmosphere. I would however recommend a reservation as it doesn't have a lot of tables and is always busy.

We have been to this place quite a few times and the food was always very good! Highly recommended. Book a table in advance cause its popular and not to big.

We were taken there for an evening meal by some business colleagues so where unsure as to what to expect. It was recommended and certainly I can see why. The receptionist was very helpful and the food was cooked to order and very tasty. This was straight forward, no frills, busy in a nice way and had a great atmosphere. We tried to go back again but it didn't quite work out so we hope to go another time when we visit Cologne again.
